1. Notify Alfredo Zelaya if you are planning to attend Spectacular.

2. Please read information package thoroughly (click button below).
    a. There are 3 (three) pages of information.
    b. Read all pages thoroughly, complete required forms using the CHECKLIST for registration as a guide (final page of packet).

3. Return completed forms and payment to Alfredo Zelaya by June 30, 2023:
