We are an international faith community present in more than 50 countries around the world and established in Canada since the 1830s. We proclaim Jesus Christ and promote communities of joy, hope, love, and peace. We are an LGBTQ affirming church that maintains fully inclusive policies recognizing the worth and dignity of all human beings regardless of gender identities.

While the story of Community of Christ in Canada began in the 19th century, our church was incorporated under a Letters Patent in 1952 and became a Registered Charity in 1967. Today, the Community of Christ Corporation Board provides oversight for our ministries and stewardship in Canada.
