Our Deepest Condolences - Seventy Jack McCarty

Our family is saddened to announce the peaceful passing of John “Jack” McCarty on Friday May 29, 2020 in LaSalle, Ontario at 88 years of age. Jack leaves behind his loving wife Kathy (nee Robb), of 48 years and 3 treasured daughters Tracy Miller (Jeff) of Lakeland, Florida, Jennifer Dunsdon (Michael) and Joanne Lee (Jarred) both of Independence, Missouri. Cherished grandfather of Nicolas, Emma, Alexander and Olivia. Predeceased by his parents William and Tina McCarty and brothers Donald, William (Shirley), Leonnard and sister Mary (Lawrence), Doreen and survived by sister Ann (the late Don). Remembered by many nieces and nephews and in-laws Betty Wood (Ron) of Land O`Lakes, Florida and Donald Robb (Mary) of Windsor. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. 

Jack had served Community of Christ for many years, most recently as a Seventy. He and his wife Kathy lived in Sault Ste. Marie for nearly 40 years where he worked for the Michigan Region in a self-sustaining role. Recently, Jack and Kathy relocated to La Salle.
