To the Members of Canada East Mission,

We would like to clarify regarding discussions that are occurring in congregations. Dialogue and discernment have been ongoing in many congregations over the past 18 months. Common challenges are aging and declining membership, accessibility issues of old buildings, leadership challenges, and financial or human resource limitations impacting the ongoing maintenance requirements of church facilities.
