Wiarton Celebrates 120 Years!!!

WIARTON CONGREGATION CELEBRATES 120 YEARS!!!

We would like to share with you our 120th year as a congregation in Wiarton!

On Sunday, August 20th we will gather at 10:30 a.m. in the little brick church on Berford Street. Carmen Thompson, a member of the first congregation in Stokes Bay, org.1900, will be our guest speaker. A potluck dinner will follow in the basement of the church. Come and share with us!
There will be available for purchase (at cost ~$20) an attractive book containing the history of the missionary endeavor and organization of four branches in a five-year period on the Bruce Peninsula which eventually became the Wiarton Congregation. Included are 44 testimonies from the congregation.
