Beyond the Walls – Prepare for a New Creation 
  
“How blessed the day when the lamb and the lion shall lie down together in peace with a child.” The vision of new heavens and a new earth in Isaiah 65:17-25 not only inspired our most beloved hymn but are central to Community of Christ mission and theology. This Sunday, the pastor of the Beyond the Walls congregation, John Hamer, explores this scripture and the theme “Prepare for a New Creation” in his sermon. Our choir premieres CCS 12 “You Are My God,” and we will close the service singing “The Spirit of God.” We hope to see you there on Sunday, November 13, at 12:00 PM or 6:00 PM EST.

SLIM (Sharing Love in Mission) - There will be NO worship via Zoom this week. We are involved in a community outreach project that involves a Labyrinth Walk coordinated by Troy Roach. This is a fundraiser for three organizations. The event will take place at the Active Lifestyle Centre, 20 Merritt Ave., Chatham.
