For the past ten years, gene-editing technology (esp. CRISPR) has challenged our understanding of what it means to be human. How can we act as stewards of God’s creation in the face of this unprecedented technology? You're invited to join renowned philosopher of bioethics and Professor Francoise Baylis and other panel participants for an important ethical and theological discussion on this very question. This dialogue, entitled "CRISPR-Cas9 and the Theo-Ethics of Gene Editing," will use both an ethical and theological lens to guide conversation around the potential risks and benefits of this new technology.
