As part of our Canada East Mission Conference experience this year, we invite you to join in a meaningful service project to support the nearby community of Flesherton. We’ll be collecting donations of children’s toques, mittens, socks, and underwear for Macphail Memorial Elementary School, where the need is great and deeply felt.
Donations are needed for children from Kindergarten through Grade 8, covering a wide range of sizes. Underwear might seem like an unusual donation, but it’s one of the most requested items—especially when young children experience accidents away from home. And as winter approaches, many students face the cold without proper clothing. We can help. Whether you love to knit or prefer to shop, you can make a difference. Get your needles going, or keep an eye out in stores for warm, high-quality items. Together, let’s build a mountain of warmth and care for children in need. Start collecting today—and bring your love in action to Conference! About the CEM Conference weekend The CEM Conference will be held at Ziontario, September 19–21. We’re looking forward to a weekend filled with connection, worship, and community-building. It’s a time to strengthen relationships, reflect on our shared calling, and move forward Onward Together in Joy. We’re excited to welcome guest ministers Apostle Shannon McAdam and Apostle Lachlan MacKay, who will be joining us for the weekend. Their presence and ministry will offer fresh insight, deep encouragement, and Spirit-filled guidance. In addition, we’ll be sharing important updates about the new Canadian One Mission structure—an exciting step in our journey toward greater unity, clarity, and collaboration across the country. Whether you come to listen, participate, reconnect, or serve, there is a place for you at Conference. We can’t wait to see you there!
