7-10 pm Village Expo Interactive Display Booths – 16 CEM and affiliate programs
8pm        Intergenerational Getting to Know You Activity
9pm        Intergenerational Drumming
9pm        Labyrinth Mindfulness (always open)
 
Saturday                 Theme: “Discover Your Future”            
7-8am    Breakfast
7:30        Guided Meditation
8-9am    Registration open  (all please register for the Retreat & Conference)        
8 am       Village Expo Interactive Display Booths –  16 CEM and affiliate programs
9:30-10  Taizé worship service                                                                                                   
9:30-Noon   Youth horseback riding, pony rides, rock wall climbing, rope course
10:15 –   CEM Video Presentation “Discover Community of Christ through the eyes of our Community”
10:45 -    CEM 3 3RDS Missional team panel – Q&A with attendees
12:15 –    Lunch
1:00         Final Conference Registration
1:15 –      Conference setup
1:30 –      Conference Called to Order
1 – 4:30   Trail ride, pony rides, rock wall climbing, rope course or Twin Valley Zoo Visit
4pm –      Cathi Veazey dialogue session – “Diversity and Peace”
5pm -       Dinner
6pm -       Village Expo interactive browsing, social time
7pm –      Evening Service & hymn sing               Guest speaker President Steve Veazey               
7pm -       Children’s Activity
8:45 -       Campfire, skits, stories
9:30 -       Labyrinth, impromptu music jam, village expo open
