COVID-19 UPDATE

During this time of COVID-19 concerns and​ public safety measures, CEM Conference planning continues to take place while closely monitoring Provincial, Federal and World Church updates, recommendations and regulations.  At this time the Mission Centre is working closely with conference directors and their team on a contingency plan that could include online options, postponing, or even cancelling the weekend.  The priority for decisions will be first and foremost the health and well being of all individuals, while considering the most effective means of conducting church business and remaining connected as church community in these unprecedented times.

The on-line registration form is below. Please register each attendee individually. After the first registration you will see "Register another person". Click on that button to receive another registration form already pre-filled to modify as needed. You can repeat this process as many times as necessary.

Registration fees INCLUDE HST (the price you see is the price you pay). Add-ons MUST be selected if you plan to attend the Friday dinner & recognition banquet OR if you require a camping site for a tent or pull-in trailer.

Payments are not being received at this time to minimize the number of refunds should conference be cancelled due to the current pandemic. Please do not send any cheques by mail or e-mail money transfers until requested to avoid undue office expenses.  Payments can be made in person upon arrival by cash, cheque, debit or credit.  If you are unable to complete your registration on-line, please contact our registrar Mary Jean Belrose at 1-519-385-1426.

If you are financially challenged by the cost of this conference retreat,
please speak with your Congregational Pastor for available options.

Every person attending the conference retreat MUST register in advance, including delegates, ex-officio, youth, and friends.  The deadline is Friday, August 14th.  Even if you're only attending the Sat business meeting or the Sun ordination service, you must register in advance here (see nominal costs below).
