Every person entering the retreat centre MUST register in advance, including delegates, ex-officio, youth, and friends.  The deadline is Tuesday, Oct. 1st.  Even if you're only attending the Sat business meeting or the Sunday ordination service, you must register in advance here (see nominal costs below).

The on-line registration form is below. Please register each attendee individually. After the first registration you will see "Register another person". Click on that button to receive another registration form already pre-filled to modify as needed. You can repeat this process as many times as necessary.

Payment is processed securely and separately for each person.  You may chose to pay only a $25/pp deposit and submit the balance later here on-line or in person upon arrival by cash, cheque, debit or credit.  If you are unable to complete your registration on-line, please contact our registrar Mary Jean Belrose at 1-519-385-1426.

If you are financially burdened by the cost of this conference retreat, please talk with your Congregational Pastor for options.
