Community of Christ Corporation Board

Community of Christ in Canada was originally incorporated under a Letters Patent dated July 15, 1952 as The Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Canada) and registered in Toronto Ontario on July 30, 1952 by the Provincial Secretary’s Office.

Later, Community of Christ became a Canadian Not-For-Profit Corporation under the Federal Government’s Not For Profit Act in Canada (Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, S.C. 2009, c.23, including the Government Regulations made pursuant to the Act, and any statute or regulations that may be substituted, as amended from time to time).
