Camping season continues this week with Junior camp at Hills of Peace. Once again we ask that you remember the staff and campers in your prayers, that the Lord might bless them with a meaningful camping experience.

Hills of Peace Reunion July 12 -18 "Becoming Community". We are ready to welcome you! Registration begins at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday. Come, settle in, don’t miss a thing…with about 130 registered, “Community” will be happening!

Parents with children Jr. High age who would like them to go to camp must contact Debbie Mason immediately. We are in need of campers! This is a wonderful program to provide our youth with and we hope you take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.

Regina congregation will meet for Worship only at 11:00 AM from June 29 - Sept. 7.

There will be no services in July for the Paddockwood congregation.

The designation for any UNDESIGNATED DONATIONS to Canada West Mission in the month of JULY will go toward the GROWTH & EXPANSION (EVANGELISM)  fund. This includes the Green Envelopes and post-dated cheques already received by Canada West Mission. An excellent way to make your regular Mission donations is by the Pre-Authorized Transfer. Avonmore and Kensington Summer 2008 Schedule: Are you planning to visit Edmonton on a Sunday between June and September this year? You are invited to worship with both congregations under one roof. The congregations will meet together in each other’s buildings during alternate months. On Sundays in June and August, we will worship at the Avonmore church, 6919 83 Street, Edmonton. On Sundays in July and September, worship services will be hosted at the Kensington church at 13312 114 Street, Edmonton. All worship services will begin at 11 a.m. Come visit! And bring your friends!

PEACE & JUSTICE ACTION EMAIL: By visiting www.untilall.org/uwaa-79.htm, you will find a reflection on the 60th anniversary of UN peacekeeping, and again some actions for Darfur, given its significant change in dynamics, and the worsening conditions. There is also an opportunity to take action on behalf of Amnesty International, and an action calling on Intel to abide by its code of conduct.
